In this direction, a new dust extraction and filtration system by Veneta Impianti has been recently installed, supplied and implemented by our local partner Maesma Wood Technology, the official representative of Veneta Impianti technology in Asturias.

The carpentry workshop needed a modern and high-performance system capable of improving indoor air quality and ensuring maximum production efficiency.

The new system consists of a sleeve filter unit with continuous automatic shaking, which keeps the filters constantly clean and maintains steady suction power over time. Once filtered, the air is released clean into the atmosphere, helping to create a healthier and more comfortable working environment for all operators.

In addition to safety, the new installation also simplifies waste management: chips and dust are collected by gravity into easily removable bags, making cleaning and disposal operations faster.

Thanks to this collaboration, Carpintería Expósito has significantly improved its working conditions, reduced environmental impact, and enhanced product quality through effective extraction.
